Phase One

  1. Initial design consultation with Designer
  2. Design agreement and scope of work
  3. Site analysis and base plan layout
  4. Preliminary plan review
  5. Refine plan and present budgetary bid
  6. Plan review of plantings, hardscape materials, paint and window door selection
  7. Contractor selection

Phase Two

  1. Construction details as needed to support schematic plan
  2. Site visits by EnviroMagic during demolition, site preparation and hardscape installation
  3. Selection of plants by EnviroMagic and on site layout by EnviroMagic
  4. Ongoing design refinement during implementation
  5. Project punch list and furniture placement
  6. Maintenance schedule and ongoing care
  7. Relax and enjoy!

Phase Three

  1. Quarterly site visits by EnviroMagic to review planting success and replacement
  2. Seasonal color rotations as needed
